Lisa MacLeod is head of operations for ft.com. A former Managing Editor of the Financial Times, she now oversees the operational aspects of moving the Financial Times to a true digital first environment.

As Managing Editor, she managed the staffing, strategic planning and budgetary functions for the FT’s editorial department globally.

MacLeod joined the FT in 2003 during which time she has worked on various strategic newsroom integration and reorganisation projects.
