Brona Kernan is the Chief Information Officer for The Irish Times Group. Brona leads the Information Technology team, and also is responsible for developing the IT strategy in support of the group's mission and strategic objedives. Brona joined The Irish Times 2009, bringing to this role more than 20 years of  information technology experience, along with a track record of planning and producing innovative technology solutions and capabilities.
Before joining The Irish Times, Brona held a number of industry leadership positions, including Chief Information Officer for The CPL Group, and IT Director for Ryanair plc where Brona was responsible for setting strategy and delivering the technology needs across both groups.
