The competition is open to all publishers in Asia Pacific (Less South Asia and Middle East publishers who will participate in their regional contest) All entries must have been published between 25 May 2015 to 15 June 2016.

Registration and submission of entries is fully online.

On completing the registration and payment, you will receive a link and password to upload your entries.

All entries must be uploaded by 24 June 2016.

You can submit any number of entries. However each entry has to be specified during the online registration and requires the payment of the entry fee.

Entries that do not conform to submission criteria will be disqualified.

Participants must grant WAN-IFRA Asia the full rights to retain and use, free-of-charge, any images or material from the contest for publication in books, exhibitions, websites, or for educational and promotional purposes.

The judges decision is final. No telephone calls or correspondence will be entertained.
