The company will be divided into three independent divisions.

Under the terms of the plan, the location in Augsburg, with the web printing systems, will be sold to the Possehl group. Confidentiality was agreed concerning the price of the transaction.

A participation in the Plauen location at a later date is possible; the plant will be transferred to a new company.

It is planned to stabilise the location in Offenbach (sheet-fed printing systems) by means of a joint management buy-out with an investor. A public guarantee for the financing concept will be required.

In future, some 1500 employees will be based at the Augsburg location, a total of 750 in Offenbach and about 300 in Plauen.
