(ايفكس- مجموعة مراقبة حالة حرية التعبير في تونس) - 28 تشرين الثاني\ نوفمبر 2012 - بالرغم من الترحيب بالخطوات المتخذة لتنفيذ التدابير التي تضمن استقلال وسائل الإعلام، تدعو آيفكس- مجموعة مراقبة حالة حرية التعبير في تونس (IFEX-TMG) وهي ائتلاف من 21 عضو، الحكومة التونسية إلى الاحترام الكامل لحرية التعبير في الدستور الجديد، ووضع حد للهجمات على الصحفيين والفنانين.

Bien qu'il accueille favorablement les dispositions prises pour mettre en oeuvre les mesures qui garantissent l'indépendance des médias, le Groupe d'observation de la Tunisie organisé par l'IFEX (TMG de l'IFEX), une coalition de 21 groupes membres de l'IFEX, invite le gouvernement tunisien à respecter pleinement la liberté d'expression dans la nouvelle Constitution et à mettre fin aux attaques dirigées contre les journalistes et les artistes.

While welcoming moves to implement measures that guarantee media independence, the IFEX Tunisia Monitoring Group (IFEX-TMG), a coalition of 21 IFEX members, calls on the Tunisian government to fully respect freedom of expression in the new Constitution and to put an end to attacks on journalists and artists.

دعا العاملون فى وسائل الاعلام لإضراب عام يوم 17 اكتوبر/ تشرين الأول حيث ماتزال السلطات التونسية تواصل مقاومة مطالب الصحفيين من أجل تكريس ضمانات دستورية حول حرية التعبير في الدستور وتدعو المطالب إلى إعادة النظر في تعيينات مثيرة للجدل لمدراء في قطاع الاعلام العمومي. آيفكس- مجموعة مراقبة حالة حرية التعبير في تونس، وهي تحالف من 21 عضو، تقف بقوة بجانب قطاع الاعلام خلال هذا الاضراب وتدعو الحكومة التونسية لمراجعة سياستها الاعلامية وفتح حوار هادف يضمن استقلال وسائل الإعلام.

Une grève générale des employés des médias s'est déroulée le 17 octobre tandis que les autorités tunisiennes continuent de résister aux demandes de constitutionnaliser les garanties en faveur de la liberté d'expression et d'abroger les nominations controversées annoncées dans le secteur des médias. Le Groupe d'observation de la Tunisie organisé par l'IFEX (TMG de l'IFEX), coalition de 21 groupes membres de l'IFEX, appuie fermement le secteur des médias dans son action, et demande au gouvernement tunisien de réexaminer ses politiques concernant les médias et d'entamer un dialogue significatif qui assurera son indépendance.

A general strike for media employees took place 17 October as Tunisian authorities continue to resist demands to make constitutional guarantees on freedom of expression and recall controversial media sector appointments. The IFEX Tunisia Monitoring Group (IFEX-TMG), a coalition of 21 IFEX members, stands strongly with the media sector in its action, calling on the Tunisian government to reconsider its policies regarding the media and to engage in meaningful dialogue that will secure its independence.

في الوقت الذي يستعد المجلس التأسيسي التونسي لمراجعة مسودة الدستور خلال الأيام القادمة، تعرب الشبكة الدولية لتبادل المعلومات حول حرية التعبير - مجموعة مراقبة حالة حرية التعبير في تونس (IFEX-TMG)، وهي ائتلاف من 21 منظمة أعضاء في ايفكس، عن قلقها إزاء مشروع مقترح لتنظيم وسائل الإعلام. وتعتبر آيفكس أن الإشارات إلى تنظيم وسائل الإعلام في مشروع الدستور لا تتماشى مع الالتزامات الدولية لتونس باحترام وحماية وتعزيز حرية التعبير وحرية وسائل الإعلام.
