Co-founder of OrbitaLAB, a digital innovation lab in Brazil. Focuses on applying Design Thinking for digital business transformation and editorial operations. Organized the mediatech conference StartupMediaBrasil at Campus Party.

She created Reuters News online service in Portuguese in 1999. Became head of the Service in 2002 in Sao Paulo, coordinating national coverage in Brazil, and moved to Washington D.C. in 2006 to work as Reuters Latin Affairs correspondent, reporting in Spanish, Portuguese and English. Started her career as Abril Publishing house trainee, working for major Brazilian magazines as VejaSP and Exame. Won the Abril prize of Journalism in 1997.

Has a Masters in Technology, Markets and Journalism from the University of Sao Paulo. Taught at Casper Líbero J-School. Has given many workshops, seminars and talks on digital journalism, communications and editorial strategy for the past two decades.
