Hildeguun Soldal is Digital Editor at Dagbladet, Norway’s second largest tabloid newspaper. She previously headed the newspaper's digital development team and worked on the digital strategy across all platforms.

Before joining Dagbladet in May 2011, she was at the Guardian for nine years, and was part of the editorial team behind the big redesign of guardian.co.uk in 2007/8. Hildeguun also worked for several years as a video journalist.  She has an MA in multimedia journalism from Bournemouth University
