Currently holding the Executive Vice President position for Asia Pacific, she sits in the senior management team involves in all decision-making processes for the company.

With her strong relationship building skills and commitment, she achieved the highest circulation growth in Asia Pacific and effectively positioned the INYT as the regional leader in Circulation and Readership.

She was involved in the development of strategy, successful negotiations, and the implementation of the Publishing Alliance across Asia. 

Helena was the Moderator for Women International Networking event, interviewed Merle Aiko Okawara and Izumi Kobayashi. She was also the Judging Panel for the PATA Gold Awards and Women In Leadership Forum Asia for four categories in 2013. She was named the Honorary Treasurer for the Society of Publishers in Asia (SOPA) from Year 2011 to 2013.
