Ludovic Blecher
Ludovic Blecher has spent most of his professional career in the newspaper industry. He first worked at e-tf1 before joining Libération in 2001 as a web editor and then reporter for the website and newspaper. He was appointed Editor in Chief of liberation.fr in 2007, before also joining the Board of Electronic Publishing the following year.
He has overseen the coming together of print and web teams, developed new editorial formats and set up the paid site. He also participated in numerous collective industry initiatives such as the creation of GIE E-presse Premium.
Born in May 1976, he is a history major and graduated from the School of Journalism and Communication of Marseille (EJCM). In 2012, he obtained a residency at the University of Harvard spent one year there 2012 as "Nieman Fellow 13" at the Nieman Foundation for Journalism, where he studied monetization models of quality journalism and editorial innovation.
He also holds a professorship in journalism and innovation at the University of Lorraine in Metz and is a member of the National Digital Council (CNNum) since January 2013.
