John Nery is Editor-in-Chief of Inquirer.net, the country's top news source, and columnist of the Philippine Daily Inquirer. He is a Nieman Fellow in Journalism at Harvard University. He wrote "Revolutionary Spirit: Jose Rizal in Southeast Asia" on a visiting research fellowship from the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies in Singapore.
