Theo is the CEO at Riksmedia Sverige AB, a national sales organisation with offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Jönköping selling to 85 different newspaper titles and mediahouses across Sweden and Finland. His job is to implement new strategies for the national sales organisations for better online and mobile revenue enhancing strategies with new packaging concepts for the national marketplace. They closely work together with all media agencies. 

Until summer 2012 he has been the VP Sales and Marketing at the Uppsala Nya Tidning.
