He has been part of the newsroom leadership team since 2000. He's been mainly involved in production and change management. He was part of the team overseeing a major redesign and the outsourcing of the printing in 2002-2003. After being Managing Editor of the La Presse website (2004-2007), Yann worked on the merge of the online and print newsrooms. Since then he's been backing the newsroom in its ever changing challenges.
