She is an independent associated with several organizations serving clients in India and Asia. These include AonHewitt – one of the world’s largest HR outsourcing companies, Centre for Creative Leadership, Bioss International and Stakeholder Centered Coaching founded by Marshall Goldsmith. Her work spans diversified sectors including media. She served on the Leadership team of HT Media and prior that worked with Coca-Cola, American Express PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Eicher Goodearth where she started her career. Her assessment work looks at both individual capability (India’s only licensed practitioner in Career Path Appreciation) as well as personality. She is certified in 5 Factor Personality Model tools like Workplace Big 5 and Hogan among others. She enjoys helping organizations examine tradition and change, excellence and innovation, evolve best practices, identify high potentials and coach them into bringing that alive. She is based out of New Delhi and Pune.
