He is in charge of driving Lean & Continuous improvements in BOSCH for last 5 years. Through implementation of BPS .Under his leadership Nashik plant has been assessed as Benchmark in Lean implementation amongst all Indian BOSCH plants. He is a Mechanical Engineer with varied experience of 28 years and has professional qualifications in Materials function and International Diploma in Purchasing & Supply Management to his credit. He is specially trained in BPS ( Lean Manufacturing ) at Robert Bosch, Germany. His achievements include cost reduction projects & import substitution projects of various tooling items. Mr. Karadkhedkar is also visiting faculty for postgraduate management courses.
