After 5 years as a publisher (Masson/Armand Colin) in Paris, and 7 years at Jouve Company in the STM Business Unit (digitalization, xml, printing, ebooks, databases), in 2003 Hubert became Director of the biggest offset printing plant in La Réunion, La NID (110 persons, sheet, web, digit). Hubert than created RotOcéan in 2009 in La Réunion with an offset printer partner. RotOcéan became the first inkjet printing plant in France to produce locally the national newspapers for local needs, with localized advertisings + personalization contents. Now based in Paris with 2 daughters and wife, Hubert is still managing RotOcéan wile driving INIGraph's, a major French mission commissioned by the DGCIS (French Government - industry side) to the national printing syndicate UNIC, where Hubert is now involved via "reunionmedias" his consulting company.
