He works for Alma Manu Ltd which  is the printing and distribution company of Alma Media Plc. Alma Manu employs about 1 200 people, about 900 of them are newspaper deliverers.
His career spans 28 years in the newspaper printing industry. His first job as a printer and in maintenance tasks was followed by a  study in graphic technology. This formed a good basis to work in production management. The last 15 years his orientation has  strongly focused on quality management and development of printing materials and the printing process. It has been supported by participating in several research and developing projects. Additionally in the last years a lot of his time has been spent on the work as project group member for the investment of a new €70 million printing plant starting production in 2013.
