Harold became chief editor of the regional newsdesk of the Dutch daily De Stentor in the city of Zwolle in 2007. In March 2011 he was appointed project manager of MijnZ, the digital news platform for the young in Zwolle which won this year’s Young World Reader Prize, category SoLoMo. He began at the paper in 1999, working in features and sports.
