Carin Andersson joins the Media Freedom Brain Trust team with 20 years of experience as a human resources director and a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioural Science. She has worked on staffing and recruitment within the media sector, as well as within the manufacturing and chemical processing industries. In 2013, she joined MittMedia, the largest local media company in Sweden, boasting 1400 employees. Today, Andersson holds the position of Human Resources Director.
With a Master’s degree in Behavioural Science and Human Resources, Marie-Louise Jarlenfors has 18 years of experience within the human resources field. As a manager, she has worked in the HR departments of such industries as telecom, recruitment and food retail. She has also taught HR strategies, leadership, gender and organisation at Sweden’s University of Umeå. In 2011, Jarlenfors took the position of HR Director at VK Media in Umeå before assuming the role of COO in 2013, where she focuses on digitalisation and transformation/change management.
