Study Tour - Strictly digital - The New Content Kings

The past 6 months have seen no change in the underlying trends. The leaked New York Times innovation report showed how even the most modern newsrooms struggle to compete with digital pure players.

Meanwhile the venture capitalists and seed investors in the Bay Area are now investing in news projects. Andreessen Horowitz co-founder Marc Andreessen is a personal investor in PandoDaily - no mere tech blog but claiming to "speak truth to the new power". Their scoops on PBS bias and New Jersey "pay-to-play" have been picked up by mainstream media outlets. PBS gave back a $3.5m donation as a result.

We've put together a special 3 day programme that combines the must-see tech companies and news platforms with the new content kids who would be kings. To get a copy of the latest agenda, drop a mail to nick.tjaardstra@wan-ifra.org
