Jen is currently in charge of developing, organising and promoting the media training programs for Asia Pacific. She also leads the media development activities for Media Mentoring Program and Women in News Asia chapter. Prior to the media development responsibilities, she managed the end to end aspect of the Asia’s flagship events on Publish Asia, Digital Media and Asia Media Awards activities, while working closely with the media supplier community in a number of capacities. She continues to support the team with promotion and organisation of Asia's event activities.
