Shortly before reaching the age of 65 years, Helge Hansen has handed over the position of CEO of Koenig & Bauer AG to Claus Bolza-Schünemann. The change, to take effect from 31.10.2011, was approved unanimously by the supervisory board.

C. Bolza-Schünemann (55) is currently deputy president with responsibility for engineering and web press manufacturing.

Dr. Axel Kaufmann, at present CFO with responsibility for finances and IT, will  take on additional duties as deputy president.
