10.02.2016 – DC Thomson is delighted to launch Twirlywoos magazine, the magazine behind the hit CBeebies show that follows Great BigHoo, Toodloo, Chickedy and Chick seeking adventure wherever they go.

The content of the magazine have been developed with the reader in mind - aimed at boys and girls aged two to four, the innovative features encourage learning through play.  There are no right or wrong answers in Twirlywoos magazine – just the space for children to read, understand and respond on their own terms.

The magazine features are engaging and silly, and the humour that underpins the show is evident throughout.   The innovative pre-school magazine features kids’ favourites; colouring in, stickers and activities, and each issue comes with a fantastic Twirlywoos covermount gift.

Twirlywoos magazine is on sale from Wednesday 10th February, and issue one comes with an exclusive Twirlywoos stamp, stick and colour set containing stampers, an ink pad, crayons and a notebook.

Twirlywoos Magazine
Twirlywoos magazine is a new 28-page magazine based on the hit CBeebies show, specially created for kids aged two to four.  It is based on the key values of the show – silly, fun and full of surprises – and is aimed at making pre-schoolers laugh out loud.  Each issue will be educational, based on Professor Nutbrown’s schemas which are patterns of play that children repeat as they grow and develop.
