27.04.2016 – Hohner Maschinenbau GmbH is specialized on the production of postpress components and installations with wire stitching lines. Recently the company has agreed a distribution partnership for the bindery compensating stacker with Gämmerler, one of the leading manufacturers of postpress systems in commercial and newspaper printing as well as in bindery. With this decision Hohner meets the increasing demand for a high-performance bindery compensating stacker covering a wide format range. The BL 408 is used to build bundles of softcover books, commercial products and direct mailings as well as saddlestitched products with normal or loop stitches. The stacker processes products between formats of 64 x 120 mm up to 330 x 480 mm and a minimum product thickness of 0,2 mm.
