Armin Elm is Technical Director at the Mittelrhein Verlag GmbH, Koblenz, and CEO at the Presse Zustelldienst GmbH, Koblenz, Germany.

He is responsible for the printing plant, production control, and the graphic art department. Since 2012 he is CEO of the logistic company from Rhein-Zeitung, also responsible for the new printing plant.
