Bastian is Co-Founder of kindai:projects, a Berlin based agency which connects startups, creative people & innovators around the world. Bastian worked, amongst others, for VDZ Verband Deutscher Zeitschriftenverleger (Association of German Magazine Publishers)  in the training and advanced training unit of the VDZ Academy concerns himself with the digital challenges and developments of the media branch. He researches in the area of partnership sociology. Following his studies in Sociology, Modern History and Political Science in Bonn, Utrecht and Munster he further developed and coordinated the “Expert Forum” an event format for the VDZ, which concerns itself with the topic new digital media, its distribution, changing user requirements in detail and delivering practice-oriented answers from experts both home and abroad. In February 2013, following a one-year work & travel stay in America & Canada, he established his own startup “Berlin Food Tour”.
