Bjarne Tormodsgard is the editor in chief of the local newspaper Hallingdølen, Norway, since 1999. Tormodsgard has 30 years experience in the newspaper industry. He has worked in several local and regional Norwegian newspapers. He has also been responsible for several redesign projects.
