Shaon started his career with Redifusion DY&R, Delhi and then joined McCann, Dhaka in 2001 as the head of Strategic Planning. He took over the responsibility of Strategic planning and creative department as General Manager at GREY Dhaka at the beginning of 2007. Today he heads the agency as the Managing Director & Country Head at Grey Dhaka. He has experience on various categories & brands like, Grameenphone, Coca-Cola, Reckitt Benckiser, Unilever, Nokia, GSK, Berger, Bangladesh Tourism Board, Prothom Alo, BBC Janala, etc. He is the main creative mind behind most of the memorable campaigns in Bangladesh, starting from the Coke ‘Thanda’ campaigns to the Effie Award winning ‘Nokia Bangla Range’ campaign to the famous Frutika pure juice campaign to the recent Daily Prothom Alo campaigns.
