Joseph is currently the General Manager - Plant Administration Division at Toyota Kirloskar Motors a world class  Automobile manufacturing Company  in Bangalore. Deputed to Toyota Motor Corporation Japan to undergo training in automobile manufacturing and also trained as a master trainer in the world famous Toyota Production Systems (TPS). On return, he led a team to introduce the Toyota Production System in India and also to set up the  supply chain infrastructure for a smooth start up of Toyota’s Manufacturing Operations in India.

His Career spans 27 years of industrial experience ranging from Production Planning and Control, Project management , product development , vendor development, Supply Chain, manufacturing safety, Environment  and  External affairs. Joseph is also a member of CII in the manufacturing excellence and environment panel at the state level. Before joining Toyota Kirloskar Motors in 1998  he had the opportunity to work with M/s Escorts Limited where he started his career as a Graduate Apprentice Trainee. Joseph holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree
