Knut Paulsen is the IT Manager at Norway’s leading engineering magazine Technical Weekly Magazine (Teknisk Ukeblad), and responsible for the magazine’s IT strategies and media development. First published in April 1883, the Technical Weekly Magazine today owns and operates several leading websites in Norway including the popular digital portal digi.no.
 
Paulsen’s focus is on developing media companies with modern IT tools to make them to smarter, utilizing IT more effectively, with a focus on readability and user interaction, showing the content that each user would like to see. Prior to joining Technical Weekly Magazine, Paulsen was a tech journalist and Editor of Hardware.no (now tek.no).
