Patrick Salien (45) is digital manager at Het Nieuwsblad, one of Flanders' biggest newspapers. Patrick was, almost 20 years ago, one of the founders of De Standaard online, the sister newspaper of Het Nieuwsblad, and started in 2004 with Nieuwsblad.be. Since 2011, Nieuwsblad is available not only on paper but also in a version for tablets, smartphones and web.
