Prof. Rigo Herold

Prof. Rigo Herold is a research scientist for augmented-reality systems based on data-glasses at the Westsaxony University of Applied Science, Zwickau. He received a Diploma degree and an MS degree in electrical engineering from University of Applied Sciences, Dresden, Germany in 2006 and 2007. He received a doctoral degree in electrical engineering from University of Duisburg-Essen in 2011. From 2007 to 2013 Rigo Herold was as research assistant at Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. Since 2013 Rigo Herold was appointed to a professorship at the Westsaxony University of Applied Science, Zwickau. His research interests are in mobile augmented reality systems based on data-glasses, human-computer interaction, mobile computing and the customized design of data-glasses.
