S.Karthik has more than 12 years of Industrial experience. He started his career with Automotive Industry and has been working with BCCL for past 10 years in engineering department. He joined BCCL as a Management Trainee in its New Delhi branch and is currently heading the Mechanical Engineering Department in its Chennai branch. He is also Mentor for a Continuous Improvement Group at National level. He is mechanical engineer from University of Madras.
