Theresia Tamba has been with SPS (the Indonesian publishers association) since 2011, first in corporate communication, then also taking charge of the inhouse training division. Her duties also involve managing the wide array of SPS youth engagement activities. For example, She initiated the SPS Goes to Campus program, which provides college students with a wide overview  of job opportunities in the print media industry (especially in indonesia). She has a  degree in journalism  from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta.
