Dirk Milbou is Business Manager Consumer Relations for De Persgroep, publisher of news media and magazines in Belgium and the Netherlands. Dirk joined De Persgroep in 2012, where he became responsible for 4 key performance indicators : targeting, loyalty, churn prevention and customer experience. Dirk developed and runs a plan together with marketing and ICT, to get De Persgroep to the next level of their data and CRM skills.
Dirk has a strong background both in audience and advertising marketing, gained at different types of publishers. He was managing partner at a creative agency, integrating off- and online direct marketing, and was director at an international consumer data company, specialized in data quality and data intelligence. Dirk is recognized as one of the top direct marketing and data specialists in Belgium.
