18.07.11 - BORGIS a.s. is one of the leading publishers in the Czech Republic. The company is located in Prague and publishes, among other titles, the daily newspaper Právo which is printed in the Neotypia printing plant.

In order to increase productivity BORGIS a.s. has decided to purchase two stacker and packaging lines from Schur Packaging Systems to be connected to two existing Ferag gripper conveyors. The Schur mailroom equipment consists of two high capacity TS 800 stackers, two single strappers for technical strap on bundles of quarter folded products, two under wrappers for kraft paper and two high speed in-line strapping lines.

The equipment is planned to be installed and commissioned during September 2011
“We look forward to our co-operation with Schur that will improve the performance in our printing plant”, states Plant Manager Jiri Lewinger on behalf of Neotypia. “We will be the first printing plant in the Czech Republic with Schur mailroom equipment and we are excited to be the pioneer, given what we have seen at other installations with the same set-up as ours”.
