According to a press release of Gämmerler AG dated 5 December 2012, the supplier for inline finishing systems of the printing industry is no longer in insolvency. With immediate effect, Gämmerler will continue trading as Gämmerler GmbH, under the ownership of Blue Cap AG, Munich, with Dr. Hannspeter Schubert as Managing Director.

The press release says: "Gämmerler GmbH is now a sister company to Planatol GmbH. Both Gämmerler sites, Geretsried-Gelting and Leisnig, will continue to operate.
Gämmerler is known worldwide for its trimming lines, compensating stackers, overhead conveyors, palletizing robots and fully automatic horizontal log stacker SH700, which was introduced on to the market in 2010."
