As stated in a press release, Goss International merged (effective on January 1) its companies in France – Goss International Montataire, S.A. and Goss Systèmes Graphiques Nantes, S.A.S. – into a single corporate entity for manufacturing and support operations. The two facilities will operate as Goss International France with the objective of enhancing the service to Goss customers.

Colorliner, Uniliner and Universal newspaper press models (as well as commercial web offset presses) are manufactured at the facility in Montataire. The Nantes facility maintains responsibility for engineering and service for the above mentioned newspaper press models.

“The organizational move will not impact capabilities or the size of the workforce at the major European facilities that Goss International maintains in Nantes and Montataire, France as well as Preston, England and Boxmeer, The Netherlands,” the press release says.
