On 24 May, Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd (HMVL), publisher of the Hindustan, one of the largest dailies in India, launched a new offering for young readers in Patna called Hindustan Yuva.

The 12-page broadsheet product, which is an attempt to better connect with young people, includes two-minute news sections and topics such as campus news, technology, entertainment and local news from Patna. The cover price is 1 rupee.
