Boris Fuchs, the renowned printing expert who was for many years IFRA Research Director, celebrated his 80th birthday on 9th October 2013.

Boris Fuchs gained a reputation as a printing press designer for various press manufacturers. For many years he headed the IFRA Research Department where, among other activities, he was responsiblefor numerous Special Reports. He was and continues to be a highly respected author of countless articles, technical reports and other publications.
