On 6th November 2013 ABC Serbiain celebrated its annual Media Summit in Belgrade.

This summit gathered around 200 participants, mainly media representatives from all areas. The programme consisted of a number of expert panels composed of regional and international speakers – and audience participation - who discussed topics like projections and expectations for 2014, the digitisation and future challenges for magazines, journalism ethics in the new media, the new media (r)evolution and transparency as a long-term strategy for media sustainability.

 

Manfred Werfel, Deputy CEO of WAN-IFRA, was one of the speakers in the session “new media (r)evolution”.
