According to a manroland web systems press release, Joern Gossé has many years of international experience in sales and service and successfully managed different plants in Germany. Since 2005 he has been Managing Director at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG, Northern Region, Hamburg. His overall responsibility included the business units sales, service and finance with 130 employees at the plant and a base of 2,500 customers.

The appointment follows the announcement of a restructuring of the Service department in December when Anton Hamm left the company.
