Sassenberg, June 15, 2018 – Peter Hirsch is to join the Board of Management of the future technotrans SE. The Supervisory Board passed a resolution to that effect on June 5, 2018. The appointment is with effect from July 1, 2018, but at the earliest from the effective date of the modifying conversion by entry of technotrans SE on the Commercial Register.

Peter Hirsch.

“We are delighted to see Mr Hirsch join the Board of Management team as an established expert and someone who knows the company,” remarked Heinz Harling, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of technotrans SE in formation.  The engineering graduate will take charge of the Technology and Operations divisions on the Board of Management. Chief Executive Officer Dirk Engel is responsible for Finance and Administration, and Hendirk Niestert for Sales and Services.

Hirsch has already been running operations highly successfully since 2014 at termotek GmbH, which is part of technotrans. In view of the impending construction project at the Baden-Baden location, for which 46-year-old Hirsch holds primary responsibility, he will only move his office to Sassenberg at a later date. "We are delighted to have rebuilt a skilled and experienced Board of Management team so soon, with the drive and motivation to build on the development of the group,” declared Harling.

Hirsch studied Mechanical Engineering at RWTH Aachen. He started his career with the HYDAC group of companies. He joined technotrans AG in 2013 as Business Development Manager.
