The World Association of Newspapers and News Publishers (WAN-IFRA) and the World Editors Forum (WEF) have expressed deep concern at the heavy-handed tactics of Zambian authorities in their targeting of The Mast newspaper and its Editor-in-Chief, Fred M'membe, in relation to charges associated with liquidated publication The Post.
