VISA application                                                                                               WAN-IFRA has put together some information on visa requirements, invitation letter, and information on embassies. Please be informed that delegates from countries that are not under the 'Visa Waiver Program' - VWP - from the US Immigration Bureau may need to apply for a visa. You can check the visa requirements at

Visa Waiver Program citizens who have a machine-readable passport and an e-passport have to possess a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA).
ESTA's can be applied for at http://www.cbp.gov/travel/international-visitors/esta. Results are often immediate, but can take up to 72 hours.

In case you need to apply for a visa, we will be glad to provide you with a letter of invitation. Only delegates whose participant fees have been paid are eligible to receive an invitation letter.

Please note that visas require an interview process which have waiting periods and processing times under a week in most circumstances; however it is possible for the process to take up to 60 days.
