Billy Hoffman is the Director of Products at Rigor, a web performance monitor company. Billy has spoke at numerous conferences in the US and Europe on the impact of web performance on business metrics, and how organizations can improve the speed of their sites, including O’Reilly’s Velocity conference. Previously, Billy was the founder and CTO of Zoompf, a performance analysis company which merged with Rigor in 2015.
