Lancien is a seasoned digital and marketing executive who possesses strong international and brand management expertise. Frédérique has proven experience in a myriad of digital publishing sectors which include: defining e-commerce strategies for publishers, building successful online editorial and marketing plans - notably for the ELLE brand, developing audience and enhancing users' UX and engagement.
Most recently, Frédérique served as strategy, digital and diversification director at L'Equipe - the leading French sports media Group. Earlier in her career, as a results and customer-driven executive, Frédérique has been responsible for defining digital business objectives, critical success factors and overall strategic digital international roadmap for Lagardère.
