CEO of Initiative Universal Media (IUM) in Sweden, Chief Growth Officer World Markets EMEA, IPG Mediabrands and chairman of the Swedish Media Agency Association.

Urban is since 2006 leading one of the fast growing media agencies in Sweden buying media for 1 BN SEK/year and 52 employees. IUM was awarded Agency of the year 2011, a Bronze Lions in Cannes 2012 and several local awards during the latest years. IUM Sweden is working with clients like H&M, Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Statoil and Vattenfall. Urbans focus is to develop and broaden the communication services and areas within the agency in Sweden, Nordics and within EMEA for IPG Mediabrands. Urban has worked in the media industry for 20 years, 13 of these years within Bonnier Media Group, Swedens largest media house as Advertising Director of Dagens Nyheter Advertising Sales, Swedens largest Morning Daily.
