After 5 years in book publishing, Frédérique Lancien joined Bertelsmann in 1998 to launch the BOL.fr website. She held several positions with Lagardère Active from 2000 to 2011 including e-commerce international manager, senior licensing and new media marketing manager, international digital director, and publisher of the Doctissimo websites outside France. 

She joined L'Equipe Group beginning of 2012 where she serves as Digital and New Business Director.
