But how does one go about providing consistent color quality that differentiates the newspapers and keeps it vital to both readers and advertisers?
Mr Avila says training is the lost important factor.
"We've invested time and money in people," he says. "Comprehensive training in technical production that created a better product and a sense of belonging for our workers."
"People were part of the process of change and felt more motivated, he says.
