The breakdown is: three apprentices each in the areas of electronic technician for industrial engineering, industrial clerk, industrial mechanic and cutting machine operator. Then two apprentices each in the areas of technical product design and IT specialist for applications development.

Dr. Daniel Raffler, board member at manroland web systems and responsible for the areas of Personnel, Law, Company development and Communication, emphasized the importance of a youth development program and issued a hearty welcome to the new apprentices during the official ceremony: “We are delighted to offer interesting professional perspectives in an internationally operating company to young career starters. We are convinced that each and every apprentice delivers an important contribution to our company. We know that the success of our company can only be continued when our youth development program is encouraged and we are again delighted this year to be in the position to offer an attractive apprenticeship package.”

After a short presentation of the company, the new apprentices were brought on a guided tour through the production halls of the Augsburg plant. Afterwards they had the opportunity to meet their future trainers and to get to know their new colleagues better.
